Meet The Team
Neil
Hi I’m Neil, otherwise known as the Bossman! I have been working for myself and building the business of Hard Graft for almost 40 years.
From an early age all 3 boys have shown interest in all aspects of the garden. Whether it is machinery, garden design or landscaping/ maintenance projects- each one has found their niche.
It is now time for me to take a back seat and let the young ones take over the family business.
I will, however still be involved with the book work; dealing with enquires and giving estimates whilst the boys do all the Hard Graft!
Sam
Hi, I’m Sam and I am the youngest of the three Stuart brothers. I’ve worked for Hard Graft for 8 years after leaving Elmwood college in 2012 where I was studying Professional Golf.
My favourite thing about gardening is watching our projects develop and grow in front of our customers eyes and the satisfaction of a job well done every time.
Fraser
Hi I’m Fraser, the oldest of 3 Stuart brothers. I spent many school holidays for as long as I can remember working with my dad and uncle for Hard graft, eventually working full time in 2004.
Over these years I have gained vast experience, an in-depth understanding of plants and an outstanding skill set in garden maintenance.
Lewis
Hello I'm Lewis, I was the last to join the family business in 2014. I enjoy all aspects of gardening especially working in the outdoors and have a keen interest in garden machinery
